CCATE continues making a social impact in the community through the arts. As part of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers, we are developing a mural at Norristown Area High School with the 35+ students who participate in the program. The mural provokes contemplation of diversity, motion, energy, nature, and life through abstract conceptualism. In this way, CCATE develops art that helps us reflect on the diversity of the community, and the strength of life and nature over oppression and violence.
El mural que CCATE dirige llamado “Voces de paz y transformación social” como parte del programa de 21st Century Community Learning Centers en la preparatoria local de Norristown; propone una visión viva, con energía y movimiento, de la diversidad social y la riqueza de nuestra naturaleza a través del conceptualismo abstracto. El mural es de corte moderno y visualmente trae una nueva propuesta a nuestra región. Cuando vaya a la preparatoria no deje de visitar esta obra primera en su género en el área.
